I. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. This is why we offer a 12-day refund policy on Insurance Click To Close when you meet the requirements.

We want you to be happy with the guidance provided and we want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course.

Refund requests received within 12 days of purchase will be honored, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Send an email request asking for a refund within 12 days of purchase by 11:59pm EST. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]
  2. Watched at least 50% of the course content in Insurance Click To Close: Meta Ads [Our system provides progress reports of each individual user].
  3. Proof that you have executed the strategies shared in the course by including ALL of the following in your email request:
  • Screenshots showing your Facebook Business Manager and Meta Business Manager are properly set up and all assets connected.
  • Screenshots showing at least 1 Lead Generation Campaign (using an Instant Form) you have correctly set up and has been active/ served to users through the Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Screenshots of your ad creatives that correctly set up, approved (with at least 2 images and 2 ad copies) and served to users.
  • Screenshots of your Instant Form connected to the Ads
  • Screenshot of your Facebook advertising reports showing you have spent at least $50 USD on Lead Generation ads since enrolling in the course.

All refund requests (with the additional required elements) must be submitted before the end of the 12th day of enrollment.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by the owners of Insurance Click To Close. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 12th day from your date of purchase or without proof that you have implemented the strategies taught.

Insurance Click To Close is in no way endorsed or affiliated with Meta/Facebook or any of its entities.

There are no guarantees that you will earn money from the training in this program, generate leads, or make sales with Meta/ Facebook Ads. Your results will vary due to a number of factors including but not limited to your experience, skills, financial circumstances, commitment, changing technologies and your target market. By purchasing the course, you agree that the creators of the course are not responsible for your results or the decisions you make from the information provided in the training.

By purchasing the course, you also acknowledge that the creators of this course are not responsible for any issues your account may encounter specifically with Meta/ Facebook. This is a direct issue between Meta and your account and has nothing to do with the course. It is your responsibility to communicate and work with Meta to resolve any account issues (payment issues, compliant with Meta policies, disabled accounts, restricted accounts, etc.) Any account issues with Meta/Facebook is not an eligible reason for a refund.

You acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your results, accounts, and decisions.



III. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is defined as the lifetime of the product. Once you enroll, you will continue to have access to the course until it is discontinued or the website is no longer in service. Updates or changes may be made to the course and may be made available to existing students, but are not guaranteed.
